Our Commitment to Red Deer Hospice & our Community
Red Deer Hospice operates under public health orders put in place by the Government of Alberta designed to protect people in long term care and hospice settings. We are committed to providing compassionate care so people can die in peace, comfort and dignity with support for them and their loved one. It is our commitment to balance safety with the quality of life of our residents.

The Red Deer Hospice Society acknowledges the Indigenous traditional territories represented by Treaty 6 and Treaty 7 as the land the Hospice is situated on. This land is also acknowledged by the Red Deer Hospice Society as historic Metis ancestral lands and the gathering place of many Indigenous peoples. This is where we will strive to honour and transform our relationships with one another.
